What are the average delivery times?
In Italy, the average delivery time is 1 business day, or 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays; 3 business days for islands and remote areas. For continental Europe, the delivery time is 2 to 5 business days maximum. For the rest of the world, shipping times vary depending on geographic distance.
Who pays the cost of returning products?
Shipping for returned products is always the responsibility of the customer, and the choice of courier is at their discretion.
What is your return policy?
You may return your order no later than 14 days after receiving the products. Products must be returned unworn or untried, in their original packaging, and in the condition in which they were delivered. Once the return has been received and approved, ensuring that the items have not been worn or tried on, we will refund the direct costs of the returned products, according to the examples shown here RETURN-REPLACEMENT EXAMPLES.

I received my order in a different size or color than what I ordered. Can I return it?
Absolutely. Yes, in the event of a shipping error, we will send a courier to collect the incorrect products and send you the correct ones, at no cost to you.
I received my order and realized I ordered the wrong size, or I want a different color or a different model. How do I exchange my order?
Exchanging a size, color, or product is always free, except for return shipping costs, which are always the responsibility of the customer. The customer ships the products to Carezza-shop at their own expense. If they meet the requirements (not worn or tried on), they will be exchanged free of charge for the requested size or color. If an exchange is chosen, the customer will pay the difference if the new product is more expensive, or will receive a voucher if the new product is more expensive. New shipping is free.
